BAMC’s Public Health Team will offer flu vaccinations to TRICARE beneficiaries 7 years and older on November 7, 2024, from 8:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m. in the Cole High School Commons Area.

TRICARE beneficiaries getting vaccinated must have the following:
-Students under 18 years of age must bring the attached DHA 116 screening form filled and signed by their parents (block 6 a. on Part I of form).
-Military ID required for anyone that is getting the immunization
-TRICARE beneficiaries 7 years and older are eligible for the immunization
