Fort Sam Houston Independent School District is happy to announce that Mrs. Rachelle Davis will become the new Assistant Principal of Robert G Cole Middle School for the 2022-2023 school year. Mrs. Davis has 11 years of experience in public education. She started her educational journey in Las Vegas, Nevada as a Middle School and High School English/Language Arts and Special Education teacher. She transitioned to Texas in 2016 and served as the Associate Principal of the Ogden Academy in the San Antonio Independent School District. She then became the Assistant Principal and Instructional Coach in Somerset Independent School District.
She joined the FSHISD family this school year as the Elementary Instructional Coach at Fort Sam Houston Elementary School. Her wealth of knowledge and breadth of experience will help her serve our Middle School Community and we are excited about her move to Cole. When asked about her new assignment, Mrs. Davis said, “I am excited and honored to be able to serve the students and families of Cole Middle School. I look forward to building upon the foundations of excellence laid before us and to providing the best Middle School experience possible for our students”. Congratulations, Mrs. Davis.
