Fort Sam Houston Independent School District will hold a public meeting at
10:15 am on July 29, 2021 in the Professional Development Center located at
1908 Winans Road, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The purpose of this meeting is

Congratulations to FSH Elementary School Gifted and Talented Teacher, Mrs. Laura Lamoureux, for being named the KENS-5/Credit Human Excel Award Winner! On March 24 and 27, Cole High School competed in Academic UIL and bounced back from last year’s COVID cancellation with a district win over 9 other area high schools. Click the headline above for full details!

Fort Sam Houston ISD will be giving all STAAR 3 through 8, STAAR End of Course (EOC), and Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System (TELPAS) assessments online this year. Click the headline above for details.

Registration for 2021-2022 School year for returning district zoned students is open as of April 12, 2021 at 8:00 am. Please log on to your SchoolMint account (click on the headline above for a direct link) to access the re-enrollment forms for 2021-2022 school year. Registration for returning NRT students will open April 23, 2021 at 8:00 am. If you have any questions or are having issues, please contact your campus staff.

Congratulations to Cole Sophomore Joseph Gibson for being named a KENS5 All-Star Student! KENS5 will air a story on Joseph during their 10:00 pm newscast on April 6th and again during their April 7th 6:00 am newscast. The story will then be featured on their website. Join Cole MS&HS on Wed, April 7th as we celebrate our State Championship Basketball team. We will begin with a Parade down Winans Road at 2:30 culminating at the Cougar Stadium. A Pep Rally and assembly will take place in the stadium beginning at 3:00. In addition to the Basketball Team, the State Powerlifting Champion will also be featured. The Pep Rally and Assembly is scheduled to release at 3:45. For those unable to attend, the parade and pep rally will be streamed on the district's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/fshisd
